Cisco TelePresence
Cisco TelePresence, as a revolutionary leading-edge technology, brings a modern connection through virtual meeting rooms that enable a credible realistic in-person meeting over a distance of several thousand miles. The direct nature of communication is enhanced thanks to the realistic parameters of the voice and video transmitted. The real-life size of the participants allows for direct eye contact, legibility of non-verbal gestures and other benefits of in-person communication. Participants of a conference via virtual meeting rooms are therefore provided with realistic communication over long distances without having to leave their "seat at the conference table" in their workplace.
The general concept of Cisco TelePresence is based on academic studies of human non-verbal expressions, which are very important in meetings and negotiations and tell you much of the actual thoughts of a person. It is also based on ergonomics of the individual technological tools, which results in minimization of the number of technologies entering between the communicating parties.
Beside the revolutionary characteristics of the Cisco TelePresence concept, the existing benefits of voice and video transmission, such as planning functionality, effective presentation (e.g., whiteboarding), collaboration in the document processing, etc. are preserved.

Process of implementation of Cisco TelePresence
ANECT's specialists manage the entire implementation process of deployment of Cisco TelePresence. Due to the specific nature and certain sophistication of the concept the entire process of deployment of this technology is defined in advance and finalized by an audit of the system by Cisco specialists (issuance of the quality certificate). The process of implementation of the Cisco TelePresence technology consists of the following steps.
1. Analysis of the local conditions
During the first phase of the Cisco TelePresence implementation process ANECT's specialists will perform analysis of the customer's existing infrastructure. The output is data whose evaluation is the basis for recommendations of specific changes in the customer's information system necessary for the deployment of remote communication via virtual meeting rooms.
2. Verification of the requirements for the conference rooms
Verification of the requirements for the conference rooms represents the analysis of the rooms selected by the customer for deployment of Cisco TelePresence. In order to ensure optimal operation of the revolutionary leading-edge technology, these rooms must meet strict parameters of the quality of lighting, sound, suitable room parameters, furniture used, and other accessories (Cisco TelePresence CTS-3000 for 12 people is used as a standard with unified and ergonomically optimal conference tables).

3. Recommendation of the necessary changes in the communication infrastructure
Comprehensive analysis of the infrastructure and the rooms dedicated for the virtual conference rooms provides the outputs necessary for further development of the project. The desired result of this step is clear definition of the necessary changes and recommendations for creation of the optimal conditions for the operation of the Cisco TelePresence technology.
4. Design and implementation
After having incorporated the required changes to the infrastructure and the conference rooms the technological part of Cisco TelePresence implementation is designed and subsequently implemented.
5. Post-sale technical support
The final phase of the process of deployment of the Cisco TelePresence technology constitutes an offer of technical services from the technical support program of ANECT (ANECT SUPPORT), which includes, e.g., Network Supervision, Specialized Support, ICT Service, outsourcing services, etc.
