The "Capacity planning" service reflects clients´ need to make their IT Department able to adapt the ICT infrastructure quickly and with sufficient flexibility whenever it is required by the business and production department of their company or whenever it is crucial for their business activities. IT Department should be always well informed about the current situation in the network.

In other words, the Capacity Planning service monitors the performance and capacity characteristics of your IT components (lines, servers, ports and active network elements). The data gathered by the service provides you with information about the parts of your system that need to be developed or replaced, but it also makes predictions about your future IT investments (i.e. what you need to implement in future to be able to guarantee the same level of quality of the provided services).
