The Electronic Operational Documentation (ePD) is a system developed for centralized documentation and visualization of client´s ICT infrastructure.
For every inventory item, ePD provides all related technical, maintenance and logistics information.
The ePD output data is great aid to your recording, planning, monitoring and control activities. It supports your capacity planning by providing comprehensive reports and diagrams with details on your ICT features and all their links.

One-time inventory check of your ICT features (the price depends on how large your network is and how much work there is to be done).
Shared central solution - provided as SaaS (Software as a Service).
- You can lease the application and licenses (including server space).
- You can lease a part of the centralized and shared solution.
- With this option you will always have the information on your current ICT features status at hand.
- This option is the right choice if you do not want to invest in purchasing your own solution.
- Communication between users and the application uses the secure HTTPs protocol. To access the application, users have their own username and password.
Selling applications and licenses
- You can purchase a physically separate solution (implemented on your premises).
- This option gives you total control over all data in your network (the price depends on the number of licenses and modules that you have purchased).

Administration of ePD data:
- Recording technical specifications of customer´s devices and systems under maintenance
- Recording device location (at which of customer´s locations the device is being used)
- Recording business and logistics information about the device (contracts, delivery notes, protocols etc.)
- Continuous ePD data updating
Configuration and administration of ePD application:
- Creating customer reports with updated data (the reports can be exported to MS Excel)
- Creating data maps (schemes of features and their links)
- Getting data ready for import and testing scripts for generating XML
- Access rights setup, administration of user groups and attributes
- Defining rules and types of features (instruction for creating feature attributes)
- Configuration of ePD objects (containers, features and links)
Automated data discovery:
- Automated network monitoring and data discovery that uses the NetWalk module
- Updating information about lines and network components (on a regular or ad hoc basis)
