The "Users´ Data and Information Archiving" service is here to help you with problems related to the explosive growth of data volume in the production and "business critical" systems of your organization.
Whereas a backup system creates regular backups and thus takes care of your data security, the main job of an archiving system is to make historical data easily accessible - even to end users.
An archiving system creates archives of all the data saved in:
- Call Center and IP Telephony call detail records
- Databases of e-mail servers (MS Exchange, Lotus Notes)
- Image files of the organization (e.g. X-ray radiographs from laboratories, photomaps from Land Register Office, videos made by security and surveillance cameras etc.)
Every implementation starts with a thorough analysis of your systems data structure. After this analysis, a suitable archiving system and optimum archiving policies are proposed.

1. Delivery, installation and configuration of a suitable archiving system (incl. putting this system into operation)
