Qualification of ANECT Technical Support Employees
The process of providing of the ANECT technical support is vertically split into two levels, for each level a special working role is defined. For each working role there is a number of qualification requirements that must be met.

The third level of technical support is ensured through communication with the international centers of technical support of manufacturers (sometimes also suppliers) of HW or SW. This communication (takes place and) is managed in the terms of the existing partnerships between ANECT a.s. and individual manufacturers or suppliers of HW or SW.
