Management and Outsourcing of Information Systems
ANECT provides this service in three options:
- Taking over an existing IS which remains the asset of the customer,
- Taking over both the management of the IS and the property of the IS from the customer,
- Creating a new IS for the customer which remains ANECT's property and is operated for the customer in the form of a service.
In all three options ANECT employees provide a full technical support of the IS operations in the required or contractually agreed quality.
For management and outsourcing of IS rules apply which are determined by the contractual agreement on the level of the provided quality of services (SLA).
SLAs cover mainly the following areas:
- Response times and times for removing the faults in the IS,
- Guarantees of IS availability,
- Reporting of operational parameters and events.
