BASIC Services
The BASIC services are designed for customers of the small and medium enterprise market segment who only need basic technical support to cope with emergency situations or those that, although having their own team of IT experts for certain areas of technology, do need some emergency expert advice concerning other technologies used in their networks.
BASIC Expert Assistance
This is a pre-paid support consisting of special consulting provided for selected areas of technology. The payment for each consulting hour spent by ANECT specialists while providing this service is deducted from a pre-paid credit (for a certain number of hours).
BASIC Service
BASIC Service is offered to deal with unexpected failures of the customer's communication system within the times as defined in a contract. It focuses on servicing the communication, system infrastructure, and end stations. As part of this service, ANECT offers spare parts from its own stores to be used for repairing selected ICT hardware components.
