PREMIUM Services
The PREMIUM Services are designed for customers with large and comprehensive information and communication systems, who need additional technical support for their operation such as a detailed ICT status report, prediction and guaranty of service availability, capacity planning and immediate repair of a failure. ANECT can tailor all the PREMIUM Services to meet any specific requirement of each user.
STANDARD Services
The STANDARD Services are designed for medium to large companies and organizations that use larger information and communication systems that can only be operated using a wide spectrum of know-how. Such services are controlled by a multitude of parameters to be set by the customer. They include various intervals at which maintenance and modification is performed and standard reports on the information and communication system statuses for different management levels of the customer. The STANDARD Services can only be partially tailored to suit the customer's specific needs.
BASIC services
The BASIC Services are designed for customers of the small and medium enterprise market segment who only need basic technical support to cope with emergency situations or those that, although having their own team of IT experts for certain areas of technology, do need some emergency expert advice concerning other technologies used in their networks.
