ANECT Again General Partner of CIO Network
ANECT a.s. again will be the general partner of the CIO Network Conference. This time the conference topic is "Effective management in the period of virtualization and cloud computing". The event will take place at the Green Point Conference Center on November 25, 2010. It is now the second year of this kind of meeting, and this time it will be focusing on reducing costs related to purchasing, operating, and further development of ICT as well as increasing ICT flexibility, overall benefit and, of course, also protection against impending risks which are much less expensive to eliminate in advance than to deal with later.
The primary goal of the CIO Network project is to provide managers of companies and institutions with a chance to meet the leading ICT providers, and share their experience and know-how. This time the program of the meeting will include a presentation by Ľubomír Lukáč and Ivan Volný "To what extent are ITIL processes ready for cloud computing?", and a talk by Luděk Novák and Petr Svojanovský called "How you can manage risks related to virtualization and cloud computing".
The purpose of this kind of meetings is to provide the participants with a better idea of how current ICT trends are being used in various economy segments.
