ANECT receives award for customer satisfaction excellence
ANECT, the leading Czech supplier of information and communication solutions, has for the second time received the award Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence from the American based international corporation, Cisco Systems. This is awarded on a quarterly basis to certified partners of Cisco Systems with the highest level of customer satisfaction in the given region.
„The fact that we have received this award demonstrates that in the last 12 months we exceeded the set index for customer satisfaction with Cisco products and the quality of our pre and after sales services," said Marek Šoltys, Commercial Director of ANECT a.s.
Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest possible award for customer satisfaction presented within the framework of the Cisco Channel Partner Program. Certified members of the program have the opportunity to receive the award through the Cisco Systems website. Using the Partner Locator on this website it is also possible to display the awards. In the Czech Republic this award has been received by, for example, IBM.
