ANECT has obtained environmental certification
ANECT has obtained certification of its environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001:2005. This means that in its activities ANECT pays attention to protection of the environment. The reason for obtaining this certification is to satisfy the increasing demands of potential and existing customers.
„The requirement for certification of an environmental management system is appearing in ever more tenders" said Miroslav Řihák, Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of ANECT. „ANECT has acted in an environmentally friendly way for a long time and although environmental issues are not so pressing in our company as they are, for example, in various industrial companies, we decided to apply for certification. This worked out extremely well and demonstrated that we are one of the best companies with respect to the environment" added Řihák.
Certification means, for example, that the company will pay ever more attention to recycling of waste, it will improve measurement of electricity consumption, will use energy saving appliances and recycled paper in printers.
The system of environmental management is a further certificate held by ANECT falling within its Policy of quality, information security and the environment. The company has already received certification for its quality management system and information security system. In this context ANECT received a Gold Certificate in early October for its integrated management system.
