A financial gift from ANECT will help world championships to be held
ANECT has presented a sponsor's gift of 150 000 CZK to Lucky Drásov Riding Club. Thanks to the support that it receives each year from ANECT this club has worked its way up to become a leading sports club in the Czech Republic and, amongst other things, it has received a licence to host the Vaulting World Championships in 2008.
Vaulting is a riding sports disciplines, in which the rider performs acrobatic moves on the back of an unsaddled horse. Lucky Drásov Riding Club is among the top clubs in this sport in the Czech Republic. ANECT has been supporting it since 1994 but this does not just involve financial assistance, it also offers organisational, media, and administrative help. For example, it has helped the club in negotiations with Brno Trade Fairs, where the world championships should be held next year.
