Our people are the key to our success. We know that without excellent experts, who are gifted and skilled in many areas, we could not render excellent services. Therefore we care a lot about personal and professional growth of our employees, send them to trainings and courses in this country as well as abroad, and encourage them to take part in our company English language courses.
People working at ANECT highly value our open and friendly company culture and relaxed work environment. Open communication throughout the whole company is greatly encouraged. We also organize various informal and social events, such as a New Year´s Party or a Family Day (also for family members of our staff), weekend events in the mountains, bike and canoe trips, and so on.
For several years, ANECT has also been pursuing the concept of company philanthropy and trying to get employees involved in various socially beneficial activities and projects. For this purpose, the company established a special fund and regularly deposits money in it. The Fund Board (the members of which are all ANECT´s employees) then allocates these financial resources to selected projects
One of events organized by the ANECT Fund Board was, for instance, a community day called "A Day for Others with ANECT". Other activities that we have organized include ANECT Blood Donors, benefit theater performances and many others.
