Ing. Miroslav Nováček, Chairman
Miroslav Nováček was born in 1962. He graduated from Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering where he had studied in the Electronic Computers Program. After working in information and communication technologies for several years, Miroslav Nováček became one of the co-founders of BGS partners CS. The company was later transformed and renamed ANECT. |

Ing. Ladislav Novák, Member of Board
Ladislav Novák was born in 1967. He is a graduate of Liberec Technical University, Faculty of Textile where he had focused on Chemical Engineering. Before becoming the Soft-tronic Account Manager, he was a high-school teacher of chemistry, economy and informatics for a while. Ladislav Novák has been working at ANECT since 1994. He was the Account Manager, the Financial Manager and the Manager for New Business Opportunities. From 2000 he was the chairman of our Board of Trustees. Today he is one of the board members, specializing in new business opportunities in unified communications. He is fluent in English, speaks good Polish and some Russian too. He likes ice-hockey, golf and RC models. |
Ing. Jiří Štěpánek, Member of BoardJiří Štěpánek was born in 1964. He graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Electrical Engineering where he had studied in the Telecommunication Technologies Program. In his career he has worked mainly for IT companies. He was a member of our Board of Directors from 2002 to 2003. At the moment he is a member of ANECT Board of Trustees. |
