Ing. Miroslav Řihák, ChairmanMiroslav Řihák was born in 1963. He graduated from the Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering where he had studied the Cybernetics Program. After university graduation, Miroslav Řihák started as a programmer analyst at Česká státní pojišťovna (Czech State Insurance House). Then he co-founded a company called NETic in which he worked as an architect (and later the head) of the Network Department. In 1993 he co-founded BGS partners CS and became the company director. When BGS partners CS were transformed to a joint-stock company called ANECT, Řihák became its Managing Director and the Chairman of the Board of Directors. ANECT led by Miroslav Řihák was ranked seventh in the 2005 survey "The Employer of the Year". Since January 2009 the company has had a new Managing Director and Miroslav Řihák is now the Chairman of our Board of Directors. In his career he received prestigious awards "The Entrepreneur of 2004" and "The Figure of Czech Information and Telecommunication Technologies of 2005". He actively participates in a number of local and international forums and conferences about IT and many other subjects. Miroslav Řihák is a sportsperson. He enjoys various winter sports as well as cycling, diving and yachting. |

Ing. Jaroslav Hloušek, Member of Board
Jaroslav Hloušek was born in 1972. He graduated from the Kiev State University, Faculty of International Economic Relations. Hloušek´s professional career started at Trade Fairs Brno (BVV) where he worked for twelve years. He started as the BVV Business Manager, held several other managerial jobs, and finally became the BVV Vice-President and Authorized Agent. From January 2008 he was the Managing Director of Plynostav Pardubice Holding in which he took care of company reorganization and renewing the relations with Plynostav´s key partners from both the Czech Republic and abroad. As of January 2009 he is the Managing Director of ANECT a.s. where his main task is to implement the new company strategy. In February 2007 Jaroslav Hloušek was appointed the Chairman of Association for Information Society (SPIS), and in May 2007 he became a member of the Government Information Security Board. Jaroslav Hloušek is fluent in Russian and also speaks English, German, Ukrainian and Arabic. |

Ing. Jana Vohralíková, Member of BoardJana Vohralíková graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague, the Faculty of Civil Engineering. She has certificates from a number of courses in human resource management and media communication. She was on the Management of Non-Profit Sector in the USA and UK Program. She came to ANECT from the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic where she had been the director of advisory departments of the Czech Prime Minister. Prior to this position, she had been a deputy minister, the Chair of the Government Legislative Council, and at the Ministry of Culture, she was the Head of the Department for EU Funding, Investments, Culture Fund and Cinematography. In the past, Jana was also the Deputy Minister of Informatics and the Head of the MI Economy Department, responsible for the Electronic Communication Section. Her career started at the Czech Technical University in Prague (the Project and Development Institute), and after maternity leave continued with the jobs of the YMCA CZ Secretary-General and the Director of YMCA Palace. Jana Vohralíková is an active supporter of corporate social responsibility. She is a member of the YMCA Europe Training Center Board of Executives, the Supervisory Board of the European Institute of Shoa Heritage, and the Boromejský Foundation Board of Executives. She is also one of the founding members and the Vice President of the Association of Managers of Non-Profit Organizations. Jana enjoys sports, music, literature and architecture. In her free time, she also likes to occupy herself with creating leisure activities for children and youth, and, of course, focuses on the social status of non-profit organizations. |
