Ing. Jaroslav Hloušek, General DirectorJaroslav Hloušek was born in 1972. He graduated from the Kiev State University, Faculty of International Economic Relations. Hloušek´s professional career started at Trade Fairs Brno (BVV) where he worked for twelve years. He started as the BVV Business Manager, held several other managerial jobs, and finally became the BVV Vice-President and Authorized Agent. From January 2008 he was the Managing Director of Plynostav Pardubice Holding in which he took care of company reorganization and renewing the relations with Plynostav´s key partners from both the Czech Republic and abroad. As of January 2009 he is the Managing Director of ANECT a.s. where his main task is to implement the new company strategy. In February 2007 Jaroslav Hloušek was appointed the Chairman of Association for Information Society (SPIS), and in May 2007 he became a member of the Government Information Security Board. Jaroslav Hloušek is fluent in Russian and also speaks English, German, Ukrainian and Arabic . |

Ing. Jiří Procházka, Finance and Administration DirectorJiří Procházka was born in 1968. He graduated from the Brno University of Technology where he had studied in the Management and Economics in Engineering Industry Program. Up until 2004 Jiří Procházka held various occupations in the financial sector. He was employed at Československá obchodní banka for two years and had a job with Ernst & Young for six years. In the following four years he was the Financial Director of Credit Suisse Life & Pensions (later renamed Winterthur, now AXA). In 2005 he became ANECT´s Director of Finance and he now looks after company accounting, controlling, reporting and cash-flow management. He also takes care of various practical and organizational matters. Jiří Procházka is an ACCA Certified Chartered Accountant. He has a lot of experience with US GAAP accounting principles, IAS international standards and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Jiří Procházka is fluent in English and also speaks German and Russian.

Ing. Michal Seidl, MBA - Operations Services DirectorMichal Seidl was born in 1967. He graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague, Telecommunication Technologies Program, and in 2000 also from the MBA Program of Sheffield Hallam University (UK). Michal Seidl´s career started in 1992 when came to SPT Telecom (later renamed Český Telecom, now Telefónica O2). He worked for this telecommunication company until 2000 - as the Manager of Network Development or the Manager of projects dealing with marketing reorganization, logistics and capital construction. After being one of the Cisco Systems Project Managers for a year, he joined our team in 2001 and became ANECT´s Project Management Director. Since 2004 he has been our Technical Director and a member of ANECT´s Board of Directors. Michal Seidl has an International Project Management Association (IPMA) Project Professional Certificate. He was also screened by the National Security Office (NBÚ) up to the level "Secret". Michal Seidl is fluent English and Russian, and understands German quite well. |

Ing. Petr Panáček, Consulting DirectorPetr Panáček was born in 1972. He graduated from the Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, where he had studied the Computing Systems and Information Technologies Program. After graduation Petr Panáček became the administrator of the Novell network at Palacký University and after a short period of time (in 1998) he was hired by ANECT as a communication system designer. Between 2002 and 2007 he was the head of our Communication Systems Department. Today he is the Director of IT Designers Department and a member of the Board of Directors. His main responsibility is technological and work capacity management for project implementation. He is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (which is Cisco´s highest expert certificate) and has several other advanced certificates. He also took several specialized training programs focusing on technologies and managerial skills. Petr Panáček is fluent in English and he understands Russian, German and Polish. He likes sports, particularly outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing and cycling. |

Ing. Petr Štěpánek, Business Integration Services Director
Petr Štěpánek was born in 1972. He graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague, Applied Mechanics Program in which he had specialized in Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics. Petr Štěpánek started as a consultant at Inter-Informatics where was responsible for implementation of systems used for product life cycle management in automobile and aircraft industry. He participated on various projects in Germany, Belarus and Ukraine. He came to ANECT in 2003 and focused on new business opportunities in application development. He left ANECT in 2004 to work for Simac Business Consulting as a business consultant. At the end of 2004 he joined us again and became a consultant in the newly established Application Development Department. He has been the head of this department since 2006, taking care of this area of ANECT´s activities and cooperation with our partners. Petr Štěpánek can speak English and some Russian. He likes cycling and digital photography. |

Ing. Tomáš Prošek, MBA - Marketing, Mergers & Acquisitions Director
Tomáš Prošek was born in 1969. He graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague and from MBA Program at Sheffield Hallam University, UK. His career in telecommunications started at Eurotel Praha (now Telefónica O2). His next job at Cisco Systems where he focused on new business development was followed by two years in eTel Group (now Volný) and various management positions at Telefónica O2 Czech Republic and Slovakia. He came to ANECT in 2008 to create a marketing strategy and enrich ANECT´s products and services portfolio. He is now the Director of Innovation and Strategy Department and a member of the Board of Directors. He has a specialized certificate "Advanced Project Management based on the Theory of Constraints". Tomáš Prošek is fluent in English, and speaks some Russian, German and Spanish. He likes literature, golf, cycling and skiing. |

Ing. Petr Kincl, Project Management DirectorPetr Kincl was born in 1968. He graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague where he had studied the Telecommunication Technologies Program. He has also attended a number of courses and trainings in project management. Petr Kincl started as a consultant at SPT Telecom (now Telefónica O2). Between 1992 and 2002 he worked for Siemens Group - both in its Prague Office and in the headquarters in Germany. Within the ten years he held various managerial positions related to project management. Then he became the Product and Project Manager of Český Telecom (now Telefónica O2). He has worked for ANECT since 2003, specializing also in project management. Today he is the Director of ANECT´s Project Management Department and a member of the Board of Directors. He has an IPMA Project Manager Certificate. Petr Kincl is fluent in German and has good English communication skills. |

Ing. Pavol Valko, Country Director ANECT SKPavol Valko graduated from Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, Faculty of Electrical Engineering where he had studied the Telecommunication Technologies Program. He started as a developer in a state-owned company Tesla Piešťany, Department of Integrated Circuits Development. Then he joined EuroTel (cell phone operator, now T-Mobile Slovakia) where he worked as a technician in the company data transmission laboratory and gained his experience with data transmission. His experience with network technologies could fully develop during the time he spent with BGS partners CS as an architect of large data network communication infrastructure. Since 1998 he has been the Director of ANECT Slovakia. |
