Ing. Michal Seidl, MBA

Education

Michal Seidl was born in 1967. He graduated from the field of Telecommunications Technology at the Czech Technical University in Prague. In 2002 he received the MBA degree at Sheffield Hallam University in Great Britain.

Professional experience

Michal Seidl has worked in telecommunications since 1992, specifically in the company SPT Telecom, later renamed to Český Telecom (today Telefónica O2). He worked there until 2000, in positions such as Manager of the Network Development Department or Manager of projects related to the reorganization of purchasing, logistics and investment construction.

Afterwards he worked for a year as a project manager at Cisco Systems. Since 2001 he works at ANECT, where he managed the Project Management department for the first three years. Since 2004 until today he is the Technical Operations Director and Member of the Board of Directors.

Other activities

He is a holder of the Project Professional certificate issued by the International Project Management Association. He has been verified for the "Secret" degree by the National Security Authority.

Personal life

Michal Seidl speaks fluent English and Russian. He also has a passive understanding of German.

Ing. Petr Štěpánek

Education

Petr Štěpánek was born in 1972. He is a graduate of the Czech Technical University in Prague, field of Applied Mathematics, with a specialization in thermal dynamics and mechanics of liquids.

Professional experience

After completing his studies, Petr Štěpánek worked in the company Inter-Informatics as a consultant, where he dealt mainly with the implementation of systems for product life-cycle management in the automobile and aviation industries. He worked on international projects in Germany, Belorussia and the Ukraine. In 2003 he joined ANECT where he was responsible for the development of company sales activities in the area of application development.

He interrupted his cooperation with the company for a brief period in 2004 when he worked in the company Simac Business Consulting as a business consultant. At the end of the same year he returned to ANECT and began working as a consultant in the newly established application development section. He has been the director of this section since 2006. He is responsible for the development of this business area at ANECT and for cooperation with partners.

Personal life

Petr Štěpánek speaks English and also has a basic knowledge of Russian. He likes to spend his free time biking and working with digital photography.

Ing. Tomáš Prošek, MBA

Education

Tomáš Prošek was born in 1969. He is a graduate of the Czech Technical University in Prague. He received his MBA degree from the Sheffield Hallam University in Great Britain.

Professional experience

Tomáš Prošek began his career in the telecommunications sector at the company Eurotel Praha (today Telefónica O2), after dealing with new business development in the Czech branch of Cisco Systems. After working two years in the eTel Group (today Volný), he worked in several positions at Telefónica O2 in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

In 2008 he joined ANECT where his key task was to create the sales strategy and develop the product and services offering. Today he is the Innovation and Strategy Director and Member of the Board of Directors.

Other activities

He is a holder of the Advanced Project Management based on the Theory of Constraints certificate.

Personal life

Tomáš Prošek speaks English fluently and also has basic knowledge of Russian, German and Spanish. His interests include literature, golf, biking and skiing.

Ing. Petr Kincl

Education

Petr Kincl was born 1968. He graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague, field of Telecommunications Technology. He has participated in a number of trainings, mainly in the area of project management.

Professional experience

Petr Kincl began his professional career as a consultant in the company SPT Telecom (today Telefónica O2). During 1992 - 2002 he worked in the Siemens Group, both in the Prague branch, as well as at the German headquarters. He worked in various management positions there, which were connected with project management.

Afterwards he worked for a year as a product and project manager in the company Český Telecom (today Telefónica O2). Since 2003 he works at ANECT, also in project management. Today he is the Director of the Project Management Section and a Member of the Board of Directors.

Other activities

He is a holder of the Project Manager certificate from the area of Project Management pursuant to IPMA methodology.

Personal life

Petr Kincl speaks fluent German and also has a good knowledge of English.

Ing. Pavol Valko

Education

Pavol Valko received the Ing. degree from the Electro-Technical faculty of the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava, with a specialization in Telecommunications Technology.

Professional experience

After completing his university studies, Pavol Valko worked as a development employee of the department of the development of integrated circuits in the Tesla Piešťany state enterprise. He acquired experience in remote transfer of data at the EuroTel (today T-Mobile Slovakia) mobile operator, where he worked as a technician in the data transfer technical laboratory.

He fully developed his knowledge of network technologies in the company BGS partners CS, as a project engineer of communication infrastructures in the area of wide area networks. Since 1998 he is the Director of ANECT Slovakia.

Ing. Miroslav Řihák

Education

Miroslav Řihák was born in 1963. He received his Ing. degree from the Electro-Technical Faculty of the Brno University of Technology in the field of Technical Cybernetics.

Professional experience

After completing his studies, Miroslav Řihák joined the then Česká státní pojišťovna (Czech Insurance Company) in the position of programmer/analyst. Afterwards he co-founded and worked in the company NETic as an architect in the Computer Networks department, and later as this department's head. In 1993, he became a member of the top management of the company BGS partners CS as one of its co-founding partners.

In 1996, BGS was transformed into the joint-stock company ANECT, and Miroslav Řihák became its Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Under his leadership, the company placed seventh in the "Employer of the Year" competition in 2005. At the beginning of 2005, Miroslav Řihák left the Managing Director position and continues in his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors of ANECT.

Other activities

He is a holder of the prestigious "2004 Entrepreneur of the Year" and "2005 Person of Czech Information Technology and Telecommunications of the Year" awards. He participates actively in a number of domestic and international forums and conferences from the field of information technology as well as a number of other areas.

Personal life

Miroslav Řihák is an active athlete. He does various winter sports, bike riding, diving and yachting. He is also passionate about music.

Ing. Miroslav Nováček

Education

Miroslav Nováček was born in 1962. He graduated from the field of Electronic Computers at the Electro-Technical Faculty of the Brno University of Technology.

Professional experience

After several years of experience in the field of information and communication technologies, Miroslav Nováček co-founded the company BGS partners CS, which was later transformed and renamed into ANECT.

He participated in the building and development of this company via specialist as well as management positions. He has worked here in positions such as Director of Technology, Sales Director or Strategic Projects Manager. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
