Important turning points in company development
ANECT was founded in the fall of 1993. In the beginnings of its existence it had approximately 20 employees. Since its foundation it orientated on complex projects in the field of communication systems and creating of multi-protocol networks for middle-sized and large clients, most of them based on technologies and products from Cisco Systems. Company's offer included analysis, consultations, advisory, technical proposals, projection, installation of technologies, under-guarantee and out-of-guarantee service, service readiness, technical support and user training.
Transformation which took place in 1996, changed company's legal form from Ltd. to Joint Stock Company. At that time our company had 40 employeIn the summer of the same year, an office was set up in Prague, as most of our clients have their headquarters there.
ANECT Ltd. was founded in 1997 in Bratislava in order to meet the needs of our clients from the Slovak republic with more effectiveness. This company was transformed into Joint Stock Company in 2000.
Anect bacame a partner of new technological solution Cisco TelePresence in 2006. All Czech company succeed in competiton of other international companies which was interested in to gain this partnership. This year was essential in term of acquisition too. ANECT gain a majority share in iCom Vision. This change strategically strengthen company position in sector of provided services through internet and mobile communications. Aplications and solutions of iCom Vision awarded by prestigious prizes eg. MMS TOP, Creative Mobile Award or Best Mobile Solution in many times. It increased a portfolio and potential in future developement of ANECT.
ANECT has 200 employees in Prague, Brno and Bratislava.
