Certification

ANECT is certified under ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO 14001.

ANECT's Integrated Management System covers all identified processes and activities. An Integrated System enables efficient use of QMS, ISMS, ITSMS, and EMS policies, goals, and strategies within a company to ensure satisfaction of all stakeholders (clients, employees, management and shareholders).

The entire Integrated Management System complies with the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009, ČSN ISO/IEC 20000-1:2006, ČSN ISO/IEC 27001:2006, ČSN ISO/IEC 17799:2006, ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 standards and the requirements of the Czech defence standard ČOS 051622.

A procedural approach was used in building ANECT's Quality Management System. All activities which use resources and are managed for the purpose of transforming inputs into outputs are regarded as processes. The aim of such processes is to ensure the orders (projects, support, supplies, etc.) are in compliance with the client's requirements and that such compliance can be proven.

Integrated Management System

The IMS is an integrated method of company management complying (among other things) with requirements regarding Quality Management, IT Service Management, Environmental and IT Security Management. The Integrated Management System Handbook is available upon request at: anect@anect.com.

Quality Management System (QMS)

The QMS is a system involving preparation of quality policies and quality goals, as well as methods for implementing them. The system includes all company processes which impact on quality, plus all relevant documentation governing these processes.

IT Services Management System (ITSMS)

The ITSMS helps us to identify and rank all processes and activities within the company and sets clear authority and responsibilities. The ISO/IEC 20000 standard, which is based on BS 15000, describes an integrated set of management processes for the provision of IT services and respects the requirements of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). This first world-wide standard for IT Service Management focuses on improving the quality, raising the efficiency and lowering the costs of IT processes.

Information Security Management System (ISMS)

The ISMS is a set of organisational and management measures defined in the ČSN ISO/IEC 27001:2006 standard and based on a process approach. The objective is to make the security measures implemented and ANECT's Security Policy goals correspond to the current risks and needs for protecting information and information systems within the company. The ISMS is an integral part of the Company Management System.

Environmental Management System (EMS)

The EMS is the part of the overall Company Management System used to create and implement our Environmental Policy and to manage its environmental aspects.

CERTIFICATE of Facility Security Clearance up to Classification Level "Classified"

Based on this certificate, ANECT has, in keeping with Section 1 of Act no.412/2005 Coll. (The Protection of Classified Information Act) access to classified information up to the level "Classified". The certificate enables ANECT to work on projects where confidential information up to the level of "Classified" are used or generated.
